Arrangement of Financial Services under Severe Weather
The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”) with the support of the Hong Kong Government and agreement from the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (“HKMA”) have implemented new arrangements for maintaining normal operation during severe weather conditions* (“severe weather trading” or “SWT”) from 23 September 2024. Please be informed that the following services of Public Finance Limited (the “Company”) will remain unavailable on SWT day and will only be available on the next business day:
- Branch services
- Customer Service Hotlines
- Fixed Deposit placement/ maturity
- Loan drawdown/ early settlement

*Severe weather conditions refer to the scenario where Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, or the “Extreme Conditions” warning is announced by the HKSAR Government.
